While Matt Perkins was bumpin to 80's tunes I took over the trivia reigns in Eden Prairie. 11 Teams made it through the night and were in the running for the fabulous prizes of 25bones to Green Mill, 10 big ones to Half Priced Books, and some super bar swag. Check out the winners below and always remember its not the size of the dog in the fight, but its the size of the fight in the dog.

1st Place - Deep Throat - 30 points

that team shirt is awesome!

Squeeks was 2nd with 29 points.

Close behind in 3rd was 2 "I"s in Spider Bite. Gundy wanted to fly solo on this one. Apparently we know who the brains of the operation are when he's with others.

Teaches are special. Treat them well. Ask lots of questions. Question everything. Then you can grow up to be strong and healthy and ready to take on life's real challenges. BAR TRIVIA!

There was some stiff competition tonight with 12 teams and pretty close scores for the top 3 teams. Here's the breakdown...

Wetter...Wildcard, Bitches took #1 with 34 points.

Lincoln and his Team G Drive was close behind with 32 points. SMU Crew rep. So cuuuute.

4 teams battled it out for 3rd place. Only one could be crowned with bar swag from Green Mill. That was The Main Event. Yeah. with 30.5 points.

8.5 Tainted love

Do you need someone to hold you tight after trivia? It's one of those sports that just gets you really worked up. Especially if you don't come away with a top 3 finish. I mean, you pour your brain into something that you care deeply about and then - POOF - nothing. It can be a hard fought road sometimes. And you HAVE to - I MEAN - have to find a way to deal with it all.

Deep Throat FINALLY took back 1st place with 28.5 points. Good work dudes.

Las Chupacabras lost the tie break but still took 2nd place. RAD!

Last but certainly still the cutest of the bunch - Searching for BOB FISHER - with 26.5 points. Boy, wouldn't Bob be proud right now? Glad to see a bunch of SMU grads putting their hard earned school smarts to good use.

7.29 Great to be back!

I missed you all. You're so funny and make me smile. EP Green Mill is like home away from home. I just put my tent on my roof to air it out.

How about we go through the list of winners?

1st place was Six Chickens and a Cat LOL with 30.5 points

2nd Place was a tie breaker and it was meaty. 4 Guys, 2 Girls, 1 Cup stole the show and nailed the tie-breaker question exactly with the correct number of national parks being 58. They scored 28.5 points

The birthday boy was having a little too much fun but still managed to help his team take home 3rd Place. It's ok. I wish there were 400 national parks around the country too. 28.5 points!
