This night's winning scores were very close with three powerhouse teams getting some good scores.  The winning team won by only one point to both the 2nd and 3rd place teams who had tied.  Deep Throat ended up with 46 points which was just enough to win.  

As I said before, the 2nd and 3rd place teams tied with 45 points.  Camel Tows Plowing came out victorious after a tie-breaker question and they were awarded the bar swag.  

And, unlike our first place team, Passed Thyme couldn't handle it all and choked during the tiebreaker question. They were awarded third place and the $10 Half Price Books giftcard. Here they are...

A team that did have a good night, however, scoring 43 points with a little jab to one of our regular teams was Deep Throat This.  Here they are!

They ended a three week 1st place finish for one of our regular teams. 

There was a tie for second place between Ouch Pouch and Deep Throat who both amassed 36 points.  After learning that 4 out of the last 5 presidents were left handed, Deep Throat ended their three week run at 1st place with a 2nd place finish.

I think the guy on the left was blinded by the colors of the guy on the right.

Bringing up the rear, after not seeing them for a few weeks, Ouch Pouch was awarded third place.  They weren't very happy about it.

At least the two guys in front had a good time.

In a not so surprising win, Deep Throat came in 1st place with 44 points.

Winning for the third week in a row, I salute you with a thumbs up of my own.

Coming in a close 2nd place for the 2nd week in a row with 43 points was What Do I Do With My Hands.

They tried to leave before getting their picture taken, but I got 'em!

There was a tie for 3rd place between Miles of Smiles and Just Released Colon Now That's What I Call Music 39 each attaining 41 points. After learning that people have no idea how many albinos are in the world, Miles of Smiles was the victor.

As I said, there was a tiebreaker question to determine 1st place with two teams accumulating 45 points.  After learning that Minnesota has a lot of big lakes, quite a few more than 10,000, Deep Throat came out on top. If you follow this blog, you've seen these guys before:

Moving on. After losing a heartbreaking tiebreaker, Kinkos-Straight Makin' Copies was awarded 2nd place and opted for the bar swag.

Finally, in third place with 41 points is What Do I Do With My Hands.  I know they were psyched about the hpb gift card.

I hope they were playing that game on the screen behind them.

With a whopping 48/51 points, Hottie and the Brownish were this weeks winners. Congratulations to them.

If one of them is the Hottie and another is the Brownish, what's the other one?

Coming in a close 2nd with was team Lincoln, like Abraham or Scully.

Is the guy in the middle even old enough to be at a bar?

There was a tie for third place between two of Thursday night EP Green Mill trivia. The Ouch Pouch and Nasty J each had 46 points. After a tiebreaker that made me realize that I should watch more Chuck Norris movies, Nasty J was awarded 3rd place.

I like the old school Timberwolves shirt. I used to have one exactly like that. I don't think I ever had a Swag Squad shirt though...yet.

Anyway, it was a pretty busy night which was fun. It was my first night where there wasn't a single tiebreaker necessary. I'm pretty sure the sound round hurt a lot of people and others forgot to do a megaround... too bad for them.

On to the winners. Coming in at 42 points was the two person team Shatnerific.

I can see where they got their team name. I'm looking at you EP baseball guy.

With 40.5 points capturing 2nd place was Toxic Angels.

I'm going to throw out a guess and say half the team was here for trivia, the other half was here for the drinks... I'll let you decide which half was which.

And finally, our third place team coming in with 39.5 points was Sometimes A Cucumber Turns Out A Pickle.

For those who don't know, the lovely lady on the left happens to be my lady. Before you say anything, I can guarantee there was no leeway given to this team just because I am courting half of it. These two are pretty smart. If you don't believe me just look at how happy the guy on the right is about the gift card for books they just won.

The winning team was once again Deep Throat even though they only had 1 member and another guy that showed up halfway through.  They had 42 points. Here they are.

In 2nd place was the always entertaining, at least to themselves, Ouch Pouch. They had 39 points.

I don't think the guy in the green shirt was too happy about the Half-Price Books gift card they won... or maybe he just didn't know what was going on: both possible and probable.

After a tiebreaker where we learned that "'roiding up" apparently does help your fastball velocity... Charlie Sheen could throw 85!?... coming in at third place was Mystery Road with 38 points.

The happiness from winning the bar swag was too much to contain and is clear on their faces. They might have even been happy with the Half-Price Books gift card.

The winner of this week week with 45 points with a very fitting team name for the night was Holy Balls It's Hot.

There was yet again a tie for 2nd place with two teams having 41 points.  After a tie breaker where some of you learned that 79 is closer to 2 than 200, The Ouch Pouch came out on top.

That's my sister photobombing in the background.  Her team didn't place.

Finally, in third place was Nasty 'J'.  I don't think I want to know what that means...

There were some strong teams last night with two teams getting only two points off.  After a tiebreaker where we learned there are way too many people working at Wendy's in America, Deepthroat wins again. Here are their lovely faces...

After losing the game on a technicality and way overestimating the Wendy's workforce, The Ouch Pouch came in at 2nd place. 

I apologize to the guy in the green, I would hate to lose by being too specific, but hey, that's life.

Coming in at a close 3rd place with 44 points is Cats In Your Egg Roll.

I can't tell if the guy in the white shirt is giving bunny ears or doing the Nixon pose, either way he's awesome.
