    August 19th - Triv-ee-uh!!

    We had a blast at triv-ee-uh last night. We welcomed a new team last night, Team “Kinda Badass.” See below if they made the list of winners!

    Just for Fun continued their streak of being first place making them the team to beat!

    First place - Just For Fun - 34 points

    Second place - No Name - 26 points



    After a whole lotta mental anguish over the image round, Loser Man landed himself in a tie-breaker round versus Kinda Badass. He flexed his mental muscle (or guessed really well) about a Rubik’s cube to take third place.

    Third place - Loser Man - 24 points (tie-breaker winner)



    Fourth place - Kinda Bad Ass - 24 points

    August 5th - Will sing for trivia

    This week we had a wonderful rendition of "Take Me Out To The Ballgame" as performed by a member of Just 4 Fun. They ended up taking home the first place winner's prize as well as the second place spot. Not too bad! (Our first place team bequeathed their prize to the first person to sing "Take Me Out To The Ballgame" over the loudspeakers.)

    We had some new teams this week including Hot Potato & Sweet Potato, Team Awesome, and Pimp Juice.

    July 29 - Prizes, prizes, everywhere!

    We were hookin' it up phat this week. We had gift cards to Green Mill, Half-Priced Books, and Bryant Lake Bowl. We also had vouchers for free Dairy Queen sandwiches as well as some sweet liquor swag. More than half the teams walked home with something sweet after trivia this week. We'll have more of the same next week. Read on to see the winners and their awesome prizes...

    First place - Sweep! - 35 points


    Second place - Just for Fun - 31 points (tie-breaker winner)


    Third place - Sebastian and Midori's Most Excellent Adventure - 31 points


    Fourth place - Team Crayon - 30 points

    July 22, 2010 The Great Trivia Throw Down with Photos To Prove It!

    Allright Lakeville. I know you rule, you know your loved. You deserve awesome blogs, high fives and fantastic chicken wings. I'm in charge of most of that, but not all of it. So let's get it in! Let's celebrate the middle of July. And let's remember to always be nice to the police.

     

    Just for Fun secured their first place award. I'm not surprised, but I'm going to trick these guys up next week. We'll make Blue Footed the Champs next week, mark my words. And yeah, that's a challenge to you JFF.

    Just for Fun secured 35 points and they played well. And let's be honest, I don't think this gang was big Notorious B.I.G. fans before they started bumping out to trivia. They are learning growing and living! Props to that!

    And, even though they thought that they weren't going to do well at all Two Mannings One Cup completely held it down and came in second with 32 points! Celebrate!

    3rd place is Pavano's Perverted Moustache. Keeping it real with 31 points. And some real consistent photo treatments there! Always pointing to that prize!

    And coming in 4th is the photo of the week for Flaw Pea    Cock. Register the lady on the left's absolute disapproval of this forward approach to getting your trivia shine on. I love it Lakeville. 31 points, lost that tiebreaker. Keep it real! See you next week!

    July 15, 2010 I Deserve to Spend My Friday Keeping it Real on Blogs!

    Greetings Lakeville. I am getting even with my lazy July and throwing down the trivia photo hunt to end all trivia photo hunts! Success Success Success! Just for Fun is one of my most frequent photo friends and I appreciate how long they've been waiting for the photos to drop!

     

    Just For Fun you got it in first, with 34 points out of 40. Props to the big family!

    The Flaw  Pea Cock held it down with a solid 32 point score and they deserve respect as the new team to face down in times of trouble. They've been keeping it moving non-stop and they are feeling strong!

    Coming in next is team "I Love the White Sox and you can Slash my Tires!" Their score was 28. Dig it!

    And I applaud my 4th place homies Blue Footed Boobies who deserve to be feared. They pulled down 25 and kept it real. And the happy couple is engaged now!
