Hey all you trivia monsters out there. We will be going on a hiatus from the Roseville Green Mill for a few weeks this summer. Trivia is on tonight and I will let you know when I'm coming back. I know you will miss me. Here is the IOQ for tonight! Look forward to seeing you guys.

I just used slang righ there. I am saying we have some sick trivia players at the Roseville Green Mill. It was a bit slower paced this week with 11 eleven groups instead of 17. Last week I didn't get to enjoy and adult beverage or a meal. But that's the way it goes. We had some amazing scores this week along with with a lot of fun. But that is to be expected. It's fun watching people get excited about knowing an answer. Not as fun as a waterpark but fun nonetheless. Here are your winners:

1st Place The Diving Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood of Travelling Pants 30 points-Perfect score, wow. Also, perfectly girly team name. Well...Travelling Pants was ok.

2nd Place Robot Warriors 29 points-Just out of reach. Sorry team, I feel so bad.

3rd Place Peng "Wins" 27 points-Get it? I love penguins. Not as much as I love eagles and lions but pretty darn close.

4th Place Stink Parade 25 points-The lady on the right ousted me as mayor on foursquare. Anyone who is on foursquare knows how mad I am. :)

There are your winners. What an awesome night with a bunch of awesome. I could think of no better way to spend my Thursday evenings. Can you?

After a week's absence I am glad to say I am back to the state of Minnesota. It was a good trip to Orlando but trivia duty calls. It was an insane night this past Thursday. The bar and atrium were full to capacity. I didn't once get to even sit down it was so busy. Hence I didn't get to drink any alcohol. Hence I was sad. But no big deal. Like I said it was crazy. We had 17 teams competing this week so there was heavy competition. Also, I thought we had our most difficult picture round in a very long time. But you all braved through it. Ok let's get to the winners:

1st Place Watergate Preston 27 points-I have never seen a group so excited for trivia. Their excitement was thusly rewarded. Congrats.

2nd Place Unfortunate Purple Cleavage 26 points-We had a lot of boob questions this week. I think this is where this name comes from.

3rd place Not so teenage and defintely not mutant ninja dudes with 2 bbes(and no verbs) 25 points-They live up to their name.

4th place Steam Buns 23 points+tiebreak win-They chose the tiebreaker of cuban currency over jockstraps. Sad.

5th place Robort Warriors 23 points+tiebreak loss-my old friends. Sigh. They are mean to me. In a good way.

That's right folks, 5 prizes iincluding DQ hamburger gift certificates. Awesome. So there ya go kids. I am proud of you all. Keep on coming down to the Roseville Green Mill every Thursday night at 9pm. I love seeing your smiling faces. Or at least your scowling menacing grins.

I was so excited about my vacation that I forgot to put up the winners of June 3rd trivia. Even though I forgot these are still insanely stellar teams. We had a bit of a shakeup this week with some new teams and some old favorites popping back into the winner's circle. All in all it was a successful night. Also, a team used a drawing of a penis as its team name. It was that kind of evening. Here are your fabulous winners:

1st Place Oil Drillers 28 points-A first time winner! The placed last week but stormed their way to 1st. Positively electric and sloppy. Just like oil spills.

2nd Place 8=====) 25 points + tiebreak win-That's right. It's a penis. If anyone has a suggestion how I could make this more penis like, let me know.

3rd Place Trampled by Turtles 25 points +tiebreak loss-They're back in the winner's circle. These lovely ladies are straight thuggin. Or something.

4th Place _____Of my labia 24 points-The apple guys. They also left early without getting a picture. Too bad so sad.

So there you have it. Sorry for being so off the ball. But I am better after getting away for a few days. Thanks to all that came out. I will be back on the 17th!

Hey All,

Sorry I took so long to post this. I had no computewr access for 4 days. Yeah, it was total hell. I survived though. As usual we had a pretty strong crowd at the Roseville Green Mill. We also welcomed back Becca from her time off with her new bundle of joy. She was showing off pictures of her new baby. Of course, she was a proud mama. It's nice to have her back. Again we had tight competition for 1st place. Let's just say I am proud of all of you. Here are the winners:

1st Place Hyper Frolicking Ninja Rainbow Unicorns with Sporks Eating Cantankerous Chinchillas(29 points)-I am pretty sure these guys want to ruin my fingers through typing. Also, they used their first verb. Cool.

2nd Place Robot Warriors(28 points)-The old standbys. They invited me out a couple weeks ago and I came. It was cool.

3rd Place Big and Bouncy(27 points+tiebreak win)-Yeah we know that team name means.

4th Place Kevin Marx(27 points+tiebreak loss)-They may have gotten 4th but they may have gotten the best prize of all...free blizzard and free burger at Dairy Queen. Wow.

Again, a very well attended trivia. It's nice to have so many people seem so excited to know an answer to a question. Or a little psychotic, not sure which. Lots of variety in quesitons this week as well. That way everyone feels included. Although I believe we should make an entire round of just sports questions. I sure bet that would make a lot of people happy and a whole lot of people very pissed off. Either way, I think it's hilarious. Apologies ahead of time. I left me camera at home and the pictures I took with my camera were awful. So I used old ones. Anyway, here are the winners:

1st Place Hyper Lightning ninja unicorns and spooning teddy bears with forks(28 points)-Yes, their name was that long. Still working on that verb thing though. 1st time in 1st place!

2nd Place Robot Warriors(25 points)-with a couple week absence the old standbys make it back into the winner's circle. Word.

4th Place Marc(20 points)-Simplest name ever.

Man, I am sick of this weather. It's so dreary and sad. Much like Dave Coulier's career. Anyway, it was a good time last night at the Roseville Green Mill. I only had to fight 1 demon to make it through. So here we go with your winners:

1st place $700 dollars to fap in a cup with 27 points-I walked into someone on their team saying this. I demanded it be their team name and they complied. Back in first place Apple Boys!

2nd place Electric Deadly Rainbow Unicorns with 26points-Still no verbs, still doing well in trivia. Congrats. guys.

3rd Place Team Billy Zane with 24 points-Busting out of their usual 4th place finish. Must feel good.

Mother's Day Blowout Spectacular Trivia 5-6-10

So everyone knows they should respect their mother, right? Then how come none of you brought your moms to trivia? That was disappointing. There is nothing like an awesome night of trivia to help celebrate Mother's Day but alas, it's ok. We still had some excellent competition as well as a perfect score. These guys are getting to be too regular in first place. I think there is a toppling in order. Here are your winners:

1st place LL Cool John Ward 30 points-Perfect score. Wow. But I think next week you won't win. Just a hunch.

2nd Place Deadly Rainbow Unicorns 28 points+tiebreak win-These guys are becoming regulars in the winners circle. They're also pretty nice people. Congrats.

3rd place The Last Boy Scouts 28 points+tiebreak loss-They said their names comes from the crappy Bruce Willis/Damon Wayans movie. But who would want to admit to have seen that.

4th place Usually something to do with Rams but the left before I could get their team name 23 points+tiebreak win-I did get their picture though. They so cute.

Another team that had a chance to win, The Robot Warriors, took off before being the tiebreaker. Man. I let them know though. Anyway, good effort by all. Look forward to seeing your beautiful smiles next week at the Roseville Green Mill at 9pm on Thursday.

Well, another successful trivia at the Roseville Green Mill. We tested your Kevin Bacon knowledge(my 57th favorite actor of all time) and you guys came through with flying colors. I am so proud that high school and college allowed you all to learn Kevin Bacon movies. To be fair, I am a huge movie nerd and love this kind of thing. I got nothing else. Here are your winners:

1st place John Ward's Twillion Dollar Smile 36 points-Thanks guys, it's about time we get a nice name. And in your familiar place.

2nd Place Melby Mathematicians 34 points-I might be a jerk here but I think a lot of these peeps were first timers. Tell me if I'm wrong.

3rd place Sexy Fly Fluffy Viking House Cow 32 points+tiebreak win-There sure like their adjectives and nouns. I think you need to buy a verb.

4th place Men Without Beards 32 points-It's a paradox. They have beards sometimes.

There is good news afoot. Our lovely bartender on Thursday nights, Becca, had her baby! So congratulations to her. But trivia still must go on even if there is babies, fires, or Republicans. Now how scary is that last one? As usual we had some rockin scores and a tiebreaker to boot. I personally find it exciting. Here are your winners:

1st place Sound Round 4 Life 28 points-They had a different name before but it was quite unflattering to me so I politely asked them to change it. Thanks peeps.

2md Place $3.33 27 points-I am sure this a cool meaning but I forgot to ask. These guys also love Asia. The band.

3rd place Happy Birth(earth)day Tolbert 26 points-I didn't ask how old. How cool is it to have your bday on Earth Day. Wow!

4th Place Robot Warriors 25 points-I had to retake the pictures a couple of times. This was the worst one. Enjoy. Also, it was the girl on the far right's bday. Awesome.
