After several weeks of top three appearances, I've finally figured out how to pronounce the name of team Kebert Xela. An homage to an African gentleman? Nope. All you gotta do is hold your 3G phone, laptop and/or desktop to a mirror - then all will become clear.

 

A tiebreaker question regarding the percentage of the world's underwater volcanoes (20%) brought 4th place shame to team City Councilish (the Mayor & Janey were both present, so don't know why the ish was necessary) - but 3rd place glory to team M' Ladies with 30 points! Congrats to Mark and his photogenic dames!

 

2nd place honors go to the aforementioned Kebert Xela, with 33 outta 40 puntos! There were a few more members not seen here - a photo from a couple months ago (camera died while capturing their latest victory). I will never bungle your name AGAIN until next Monday night.

 

And with 35/40 points, Tampopo Pop Mat does their thing, and achieves 1st place! A weird team name (formerly the Kings & Queens of Kings) that makes me wanna grub on some soba noodles in DT St. Peazy.

 

I can't wait for next Monday night...mainly to go Round 2 on some of Kings' flourless chocolate cake. It haunts my tongues' dreams!
