Our intrepid, amazing, and generally awesome hosts are currently technically furloughed from their jobs with us, since we can’t run bar trivia when none of the bars are open. We set up this GoFundMe to help pool some funds from players who miss their hosts, and want to support them during this time when we are sadly unable to pay them to work.
Many of them are going the extra (digital) mile to set up games anyway - and many are open to all! Thanks to the many avenues of modern technology, you can find them on Facebook, Instagram, Twitch, Zoom, and probably other places. We are updating our Schedule page as soon as we learn about these games, and putting that calendar on our From a Distance page. It’s entirely on their own initiative and we are so impressed with their dedication to learning new platforms and bringing the people what they want: TRIVIA! And FACES! Possibly DOGS and CATS and WALLPAPER! All the comforts of their home in your home.
We recommend ordering out of your favorite trivia place - whether it be 331 Club, Pizza Luce, Summit, Surly, Forgotten Star, Wooden Hill, Brunson’s Pub, Green Mill, Bad Weather, Carbone’s, Cardinal Bar, or any of a hundred other locations that used to welcome us for games every week.
